DATE & TIME:
October 22, 2026 All Day
LOCATION:
The Multiverse of Trust (MOT), in the quantum era, is conceived not merely as a dialogue, but as a high-trust deal-room for ideas and architectures of the future: a curated environment where leading innovators, quantum scientists, researchers, institutions, and selected investors converge to explore frontier solutions capable of shaping the next chapter of human development.
As the world transitions from classical systems to quantum-enabled infrastructures, the foundations of technology, security, health, and governance are being profoundly redefined. In this context, trust can no longer be understood as a byproduct of systems; it must be intentionally designed, ethically encoded, and embedded at their core.
Inspired also by the vision expressed in the encyclical Magnifica Humanitas of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV — which calls for a renewed alliance between human dignity, fraternity, responsibility, and the ethical stewardship of knowledge — the summit seeks to explore how emerging technologies may serve not merely efficiency or power, but the flourishing of humanity itself.
In an era in which capital, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing increasingly influence social outcomes, the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation offers an alternative to fragmented innovation: a regenerative flourishing ecosystem — human-centred, ethically governed, and designed to scale across complex, interconnected systems.
The objective is to accelerate solutions that combine high performance with high responsibility, translating frontier innovation into credible, investable, and ethically grounded pathways.
A Curated Environment for Trust and Coherence
This convening of IASC World Changers is designed to generate a rare quality of exchange, trust, depth, and shared vision, within an environment that elevates both human connection and strategic collaboration.
Echoing the spirit of Magnifica Humanitas, the summit recognizes that authentic progress cannot emerge solely from technological acceleration, but from the cultivation of wisdom, empathy, responsibility, and shared human purpose.
Equally important is the emotional and empathic dimension: participants begin with a private alignment within the Vatican’s artistic and spiritual heritage, followed by a walk and breakfast in the Vatican Gardens. This shared beginning is not ceremonial; it is a deliberate architecture for coherence, mutual respect, and seriousness of purpose.
Core Domains of Transformation
(Refined Systemic Framing)
The summit concentrates on interconnected systems of transformation, where Trust-by-Design — within both classical and quantum infrastructures — will determine legitimacy, resilience, and long-term value:
Quantum Resilience & Infrastructure
Ensuring robustness, continuity, and security of systems in a post-quantum world
Trust Encoding & Secure Architectures
Embedding trust at protocol level, including post-quantum cryptography and trusted digital environments
Hybrid Intelligence Systems
The convergence of AI with quantum-enhanced computation and decision-making
Human Regeneration & Systemic Health
Integrating longevity, performance, neurodiversity, and biological optimisation as foundational elements of innovation
Economic & Governance Models in Transition
Evolving financial, institutional, and diplomatic systems aligned with transparency, inclusion, stability, and human dignity
Ethics, Spirituality & Human-Centred Civilization
Exploring the role of conscience, culture, theology, and ethical leadership in shaping technological civilization in the quantum age
Where Innovation Meets Governance
This is where quantum innovation meets ethical governance — and where Trust-by-Design becomes a strategic asset.
In the quantum era, systems that are not trusted will not scale.
Conversely, systems that integrate trust, responsibility, transparency, and human dignity at their foundation will define the next generation of technological, economic, and societal leadership.
As highlighted in Magnifica Humanitas, humanity’s future depends not only on the sophistication of its instruments, but on the moral and spiritual maturity guiding their use.
Co-Development Objectives
Participants are invited to co-develop:
Trust-by-Design architectures for the quantum era, strengthening adoption, legitimacy, and resilience
Pilot pathways and strategic partnerships emerging from interdisciplinary exchange
A coalition of World Changers, operating across institutions, capital, diplomacy, and frontier science, capable of mobilising resources, credibility, and implementation for the common good
IASC World Changers is deliberately curated to ensure meaningful connection, high-quality dialogue, and a shared seriousness of purpose.
