Through a dynamic programme that combines contemporary artistic performances with the World Changers Summit, the project activates cultural heritage as a living environment for creativity, reflection and international cooperation. Rather than serving solely as a historical monument, Porto Palermo Castle becomes a place where heritage inspires contemporary expression, dialogue generates new ideas and meaningful collaborations, and culture connects people across borders.

As an IASC Ambassador, Cesari has performed at major international events, including a special performance at the Vatican, the groundbreaking “A Live Neuro-AI Performance: Merging Sound, Visuals and Human Emotion” during the World Changers 10th Anniversary Celebration in Rome, and the presentation of the interactive hologram of Mother Teresa at the World Changers Balkan Summit, showcasing the intersection of music, technology and cultural innovation. Prof. Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli, President of IASC, is an internationally recognised academic, physician, entrepreneur and advocate for ethical innovation, whose work bridges culture, science, diplomacy and emerging technologies. Through his international activities, he has promoted collaboration among governments, universities, research institutions and civil society in the fields of cultural diplomacy, ethical artificial intelligence, technological innovation, sustainability and humanitarian development.
He serves as President of Ethical AI within the Italian League for Human Rights (LiDU) and as Liaison Representative to the Pontifical Academy of Theology in Vatican City.
Throughout his distinguished career, Prof. Andreoli has received numerous international honours and decorations in recognition of his contributions to humanitarian action, scientific cooperation, cultural diplomacy and intercultural dialogue, awarded by institutions including the Holy See, Italy, Montenegro, Portugal, the Philippines, Laos, Albania, the International Red Cross and the United Nations.
