The Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC), through its global platform IASC World Changers, in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Innovation and Economy of the Republic of Albania, will convene an invitation-only Gala Dinner at Palace of Brigadave to mark the formal constitution of the Quantum Balkan Initiative.

This institutional evening reflects a shared commitment between public institutions and international partners to advance scientific excellence, technological responsibility, economic modernization, and regional cooperation aligned with European and global innovation frameworks.

Set in the distinguished Palace of Brigadave, one of Albania’s foremost official residences, the evening will bring together ministers, ambassadors, institutional leaders, and international partners to mark the founding of the Quantum Balkan Initiative.

The Gala will feature a Quantum Encounter by internationally acclaimed artist Rob Prior, whose dynamic live painting performance embodies transformation, interconnectedness, and the creative dimension of the quantum paradigm.

The programme will also honor the presence of renowned violin virtuoso Olen Cesari, whose internationally recognized artistry blends classical mastery with contemporary expression. His participation offers a refined musical dialogue between heritage and innovation — an artistic reflection of cooperation and cultural diplomacy.
