A Journey Continues
For years, a journey has been unfolding, born from dialogue in Vatican City and carried across countries, cultures and disciplines around the world.
From Transcendence, to the Multiverse of Trust, and now to The Spirit of Quantum, each chapter has reflected one enduring commitment: to place the human person, peace, dignity and responsibility at the centre of a world undergoing extraordinary transformation.
We have travelled, listened, researched and brought together remarkable people from science and technology, diplomacy and institutions, constitutional thought, medicine, education, culture, philosophy and sapiential theology.
Throughout this journey, one conviction has become increasingly clear:
The future will not be defined by technology alone, but by the human spirit, wisdom and responsibility with which we choose to shape it.
On 21 October 2027, IASC World Changers will return to Vatican City for the next chapter of this journey: THE SPIRIT OF QUANTUM.
It will be a gathering of unique minds, visionaries, leaders, researchers and people of service from around the world, united not by a single discipline, nationality or worldview, but by a shared responsibility toward humanity and our Common House.
At the heart of the gathering will be the presentation of the evolving Spirit of Quantum Platform: an ambitious, multidisciplinary and living resource being developed to help governments, institutions, researchers and people understand and navigate the profound transition being created by quantum technologies, artificial intelligence and robotics.
The platform seeks to bring together knowledge that too often remains separated, science and ethics, technology and governance, constitutional thought and diplomacy, human consciousness and sapiential reflection, creating a space for education, dialogue, research and practical cooperation.
It builds upon the work of the Post-Quantum Constitution, the principles of Trust by Design, Constitutional Interoperability and the experience of the Multiverse of Trust, while looking beyond regulation alone toward a deeper question:
Which kind of civilisation do we wish to become in the Quantum Age?
The Spirit of Quantum is about conscience alongside computation. Wisdom alongside intelligence. Responsibility alongside power. Human dignity alongside innovation.
It is about ensuring that the extraordinary capabilities now emerging become instruments for peace rather than division, cooperation rather than fragmentation, and human flourishing rather than technological progress without human purpose. We approach this work with humility. No institution, government, discipline or individual possesses all the answers to the transformation ahead. But we also approach it with determination. Because the moment to prepare is now.
NOW IS THE TIME TO JOIN THE JOURNEY
To contribute.
To listen. To question. To build. To make a difference. To stand alongside extraordinary people committed to peace, trust, human dignity, responsible innovation and the future of our Common House.
And to witness a defining moment as we present the evolving Spirit of Quantum Platform and open its next chapter to collaboration with the world.
From Transcendence, to the Multiverse of Trust, to the Spirit of Quantum.
The journey continues.
