Meet The Elite and Extraordinary Minds
Imagine spending a perfect day filled with captivating presentations by multitudes of experts in their respective fields, in a beautiful and historic place, and the chance to mingle with each of them on a deeply personal level. That is what The World Changers Summit, held on July 5th at The Vatican and organized by the Institute for Advance Studies and Cooperation (IASC) in partnership with Sir Dustin Plantholt, also known as the Count of Monte Crypto and Sir G.C.H. Prof. Gabriele Andreoli, President of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation was all about.
Not only was I lucky enough to attend, invited by the illustrious Master of Ceremonies, Sir Plantholt himself, but I also had the privilege of singing for the attendees in the Pontifical Academy of Sciences in Vatican City-State, where the event took place.
To be invited to such a melting pot of minds was a dream come true, especially in such a religious place. Sir Plantholt and Sir Andreoli, Author of newly-released book “Evolutionary Biohacking” — more on that in this article — organized a beautifully-curated stream of aficionados for the day. The event was breathtaking, and I was able to learn from so many masterminds and maestros in their crafts.
Prof. Andreoli said, “Our aim was to unite diverse voices in a shared commitment to creating a brighter future, and we’ve indeed succeeded.”
In this piece, I hope to evoke some sense of the atmosphere awarded to us by their mastery with my humble recap of the event.
Speakers Galore
Sir Plantholt and Sir Andreoli were such gracious hosts for not only myself as the singer, but also to every single attendee. There were multiple authorities in their respective crafts, which was the most interesting part of this function.
The remarkable opening ceremony, led by H. E. Rev. Cardinal Peter K.A. Turkson, established the tone, while Sir Plantholt, the charismatic host, fostered an infectious atmosphere throughout. Reflecting on the experience, Sir Plantholt said, “Facilitating such inspiring conversations among the world’s brightest minds was truly a privilege.”
The event was wonderfully intimate, allowing geniuses in the worlds of science, technology, religion, Web3, blockchain, the metaverse, and more to speak on stage and further mingle with their audience in an efficient and inspiring way. It was like hearing a key chapter from each master’s novel, giving way to riveting discussions during networking pauses throughout the event.
Being invite-only, this manner of facilitating experts in their field sharing with other experts for cross-disciplinary unification made it all the more special.
In short, each person in the room was highly-established and well-known in their field. From Mr. Joe Foster, Founder of Reebok, sharing an unforgettable keynote speech, to Dr. Michael Tjalve, Chief AI Architect of Microsoft Philanthropies, as the first speaker of the day — discussing “The Social Fabric and AI Equity as a Foundational Tenet” — no moment was dull. There were Nobel Peace Prize winners and cardinals, leaders and dignitaries. There were people who had done very great developments in the fields of science, wellness, and physics. The list goes on and on.
Some of my favorite lecturers were Dr. Lawrence Krauss and Akhtar Badshah, wherein “Connecting the Dots: Past, Present, and Future,” they reminded all of us about how small and significant, yet beautifully-advanced our home planet is in which we live.
It was so interesting to be able to hear everyone’s perspectives and hear what they felt was crucial to share during their time on stage. Like a giant TED Talk convention for the ages, the audience members and I were positively inundated with knowledge. Things I’d never thought to consider were brought to my attention, which I will bring into the rest of my year and beyond.
Meet The Founders
Sir Plantholt and Sir Andreoli were such gracious and thought-provoking hosts. In our discussions leading up to the event, it was imperative to them that The World Changers Summit at The Vatican was astounding to all who attended, but, more importantly, the pair expressed ardent wishes for a coming together of great minds, to bring real change into today’s world. On all counts, they did not disappoint.
Sir Plantholt, aptly known as The Count of Monte Crypto, is also the Founder of the Monte Crypto Club, an elite group that includes Nobel Peace Prize winners, renowned crypto experts, and even the Hollywood elite. His moniker, in conjunction with The World Changers Summit, is of course reminiscent of the inspiring story of The Count of Monte Cristo, which revolves around the dissemination of knowledge, empowering individuals to generate wealth, and fostering unity among those who deserve it or are in dire need.
Turning our attention to Sir Andreoli, we are met with another brilliant leader. Adorned with accolades and esteemed recognition, he is something of an icon. His successes include the Red Cross Silver Cross Medals (Italy and San Marino), the United Nations Medal, and the E.U. Medal. However, the most recent and thrilling achievement of Sir Andreoli is the publishing of his new book, “Evolutionary Biohacking”, which details a new way of personal wellness in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. The publishing of this fascinating piece of work was unveiled at The World Changers Summit.
“Evolutionary Biohacking is a holistic and powerful way to manage your body, ‘spirit’ and mind, an interesting approach to life, to higher performance, wellbeing and happiness and consciousness expansion, that can give you up to 200% more memory and productivity, 400% more creativity,” he said.
In fact, there was an entire section of the event dedicated to the topic of Evolutionary Biohacking, with Dario Spera’s speech on “Holographic Information Transfer” and Rowena Gates’ discourse on body repair working in perfect harmony to further open our minds to this vital topic. All guests were given an advance copy of Sir Andreoli’s book, a truly momentous and illuminating memento to be cherished.
Everyone who was scheduled to speak had the same opportunity to express themselves in the best way possible, to talk about whatever they wished to talk about for ten minutes straight. Some presenters brought visuals, others had us up on our feet and moving around. Being able to physically see the difference in what each speaker felt was important to bring to their audience was fascinating. Some specialists even did their entire presentations in Italian, which was truly spellbinding and added to the atmospheric charm of the event.
My Time on Stage
I would be remiss if I didn’t chronicle my time on stage. My opening song was Ave Maria, for which I actually received a standing ovation. After my performance, I was told by multiple attendees that being able to hear such a sacred Catholic hymn in such a sacred city, the most religious city in the world, was a blessing and a spiritual moment. I felt the same way.
Singing in the heart of the only city in the Western world where church and state are ruled one in the same, was a truly remarkable and fulfilling experience.
The second song I sang was O Mio Babbino Caro. I chose it because of its Italian heritage, which was a ‘tipping of the hat’ so to speak to the country in which I was performing.
Awards Ceremony
Being invited to this incredible event by such acclaimed people as Sir Plantholt and Sir Andreoli was an immense honor. The hosts even held an awards ceremony, granting prestigious awards to select contributors for their work across different fields. I am honored to have received an award for my contribution to global and societal impact. Of significant note, Dr. Christina Rahm was recognized for her outstanding achievements in advancing medical science and was presented with the prestigious “Bright Star” award.
Changing The World
The overall sense of the event was one of unity and peace. It was one of coming together for the greater good, for sustainability, and for benevolent collaboration. I believe that in The Vatican that day, more harmony between such different spheres of thought and study was born.
The event’s name itself was undoubtedly a perfect selection, and being in that room made it all the more real. I concretely felt that with so many masterminds in one place, we are on the precipice of something actually world-changing. The possibilities seemed endless in such high company.
I am not alone. Many attendees expressed their hope of a repeat event, and we were not disappointed. According to Sir Plantholt’s announcement at the event, The World Changers Power Women’s Summit will be held at The Vatican on October 13th of this year 2023. Since it is invite-only, past attendees anxiously await our invitations, and are on the edge of their seats to find out who will be sharing their grand ideas on stage.
