Kirill Vekhov
Kirill Vekhov’s entrepreneurial journey began in the bustling markets of Moscow and flourished on the picturesque beaches of Hawaii, showcasing his remarkable adaptability and business acumen. Influenced by his mother’s involvement in her own small business ventures, Kirill entered the business world at the age of 17, starting in sales where he quickly developed a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
By his twenties, Kirill had expanded his expertise to the hospitality industry, mastering the art of customer service after graduating from bartending school. This experience proved invaluable when he relocated to the United States, overcoming language barriers and cultural differences to establish himself in Washington before eventually moving to Hawaii.
In Hawaii, Kirill launched a successful landscaping business that quickly grew under his leadership, with revenues doubling year over year. After selling this venture in 2018, he continued his entrepreneurial path on the mainland US, investing in and nurturing multiple businesses along the West Coast, particularly within the construction industry and landscape architecture. He founded Washington-based Surebuild Restoration in 2020, utilizing new technology in the construction field, and later acquired Hawaii Landscaping in 2021, leading it to success before the acquisition of both companies in 2023.
Now focusing on acquisitions, Kirill applies his extensive experience to transform companies into profitable enterprises. Throughout his career, he has been mentored by notable business leaders such as Dan Pena, Bruce Whipple, Mikhail Dashkiev, and Tai Lopez, which has enriched his strategic vision and business development acumen.
Kirill has received several accolades throughout his career, including the prestigious Monaco 40 under 40 award. He is a respected figure in the global business community, sharing insights at major forums such as the Transylvania Summit, the World Changers Vatican Summit, and the upcoming Global Entrepreneurship Festival in Africa.
