Maxcene Crowe is the Founder and CEO of MCFM Global Online Academy who specialise in upskilling and educating B2Bs, B2Cs and professionals in effective management of large change projects within commercial property and real estate building services worldwide.

Maxcene has 30 years in real estate and facilities management and brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her Clients.

In 2023 and 2024, Maxcene was recognised as a finalist in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards for Service Delivery, highlighting her significant contributions to the industry. This year Maxcene was a finalist in the UK Startup Awards for Education and Training, thanks to the initiatives led by the MCFM Global Academy.

These accolades reflect Maxcene’s unwavering commitment to excellence and impact on both service delivery and professional education within industry.

Maxcene’s extensive experience includes working with over 4500 suppliers and overseeing transformation projects for more than 49 corporate clients, during her tenure.

The establishment of the MCFM Global Academy (which launched September this year) is a testament to Maxcene’s dedication to professional development and lifelong learning. Through MCFM Global Academy, Maxcene’s vision is to create positive social impact through education of under represented diverse groups, creating opportunities for underprivileged to gain a career in her industry.

Outside of her professional life, Maxcene is an accomplished figure skater, and will be returning to the competition arena in 2025. This artistic endeavor highlights her pursuit of balance and discipline, showcasing the qualities that have made her a successful leader and innovator.

Maxcene is mother to Rae-Lorissa an aspiring performer in the arts and wife to Mark they recently celebrated their 2 year wedding anniversary.
