Riccardo Zappulla, born on June 20, 1979, developed a passion for gaming and technology from an early age, starting with some of the first computers and consoles. He completed technical training through targeted and specialized courses focused on development needs, gaining practical knowledge rather than an academic background. Since 2020, he has been the head of the Research and Development (R&D) department at Sipal Spa, where he has developed AI platforms, robotics, and training solutions for military vehicles and aircraft using MR, AR, and VR headsets. He has also implemented remote support services using highly realistic and fully decomposable digital twins. He is constantly seeking innovative solutions for both the civil and industrial sectors.
