He is a graduate of the Pontifical Academy of Theology in Krakow (currently: The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow) (2002). In the years 2005-2007 he was the director of the Wieliczka Local Tourist Organization, in the years 2007-2008 he was the director of the Senator’s Office. In 2006-2008 he was the vice-chairman of the Wieliczka Town Council, and since 2008 he has been the General Secretary of the Wieliczka Commune. In the years 2010-2014 he was a councilor of the Wieliczka County, chairman of the Audit Committee. Since 2015, he has been the chairman of the Administration Committee of the Association of Polish Cities.
Since 1999, he has been involved in social charity work, first as Vice President, and since 2006 as President of the Brother Alojzy Kosiba Association.
