Andrea Preti

Lawyer, Social Entrepreneur, and Legal Consultant for Innovative Enterprises

Born in 1968, Andrea Preti graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milan. As a lawyer, he initially focused on civil and commercial law, with a strong commitment to protecting civil rights. Early in his career, he worked with “Lega Consumatori Onlus,” where he helped establish an observatory on medical malpractice, served as a Conciliator in a high-profile case with Banca Intesa regarding bond investments, and represented “A.N.M.I.C.” in Pavia, an association advocating for individuals with disabilities.

He later co-founded “Studio Preti Osnaghi – Avvocati” in Milan and Pavia, specializing in:

• Civil, commercial, corporate, and bankruptcy law, with expertise in debt restructuring for non-fallible entities
• Legal consultancy for Third Sector organizations, focusing on social enterprise and benefit projects
• Legal support for health rights and protection of disabled individuals, including the setup of trust arrangements under Italy’s “Dopo di Noi” law

In 2020, he founded FEDEPI (European Federation of Professionals and Enterprises), aiming to innovate the role of businesses and workers as essential contributors to collective well-being. Active in labor relations, he is also a member of the General Assembly of “UNIONQUADRI – CIU” and formerly served as Secretary in Pavia.

In February 2022, paused his legal practice to focus on supporting innovative and transnational business projects, currently serving as legal advisor to:

• New Generation Hostel Impresa Sociale S.r.l., a leading European social hospitality corporation
• All Sea Tech S.r.l., a technology company based in Scarlino, Italy
• Phx Advisory S.r.l., a consultancy for Italian SMEs focused on international expansion and corporate restructuring

He also provides consulting support to U.S. initiatives promoting Italian identity abroad, including “Just Italy Channel” on streaming platforms YouTube and CiborTV.

Currently, he is a partner and internal legal advisor for AGATA Ecosystem, a Malta-based digital platform providing European SMEs with tools for performance optimization and asset protection.
