Dominique Cagle

Dominique “Nika” Cagle is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Nika Corporate Housing, a premier provider of fully furnished, short-term accommodations in Florida and beyond. Established in 2003 with a single unit, the company has since expanded to over 300 properties, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites equipped with full kitchens, washers and dryers, and all-inclusive utilities.

Originally from Oklahoma and now based in Tampa Bay, Dominique transitioned from a career as an On-Board Leader at Delta Airlines to entrepreneurship following the events of September 11, 2001. Her military family background and desire to support service members led her to create Nika Corporate Housing, focusing on providing comfortable, budget-friendly accommodations for military personnel at MacDill Air Force Base.

Under her leadership, Nika Corporate Housing has become a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and a recognized leader in the corporate housing industry. Dominique has been honored with the Enterprising Woman Award in 2020 and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, and Stanford Business School.

Beyond her business endeavors, Dominique is an international fitness model, professional athlete with the WBFF Federation, and the author of “Bounce Back After Baby,” an e-book available on Amazon. She is also actively involved in philanthropic efforts, supporting organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House and the Wounded Warrior Project, and sponsoring disadvantaged children through Children International.
