Giovanni Gambardella

Giovanni Gambardella, born in Naples, holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, specializing in Small and Medium Enterprise Management. In 2005, he founded Teamworking Training, a company operating across Italy and other UE countries, the UAE, and Gulf countries such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Giovanni has extensive experience in Change Management, team coaching, and experiential training, having delivered workshops and training to over 70,000 people in the Gulf region. His areas of expertise include leadership development, team building, communication skills, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and motivational coaching.
He has collaborated with major organizations such as Aramco, PIF, Most Pharmaceuticals, and sectors in Fashion, Automotive, and global tech giants like Google, Amazon, and Apple, helping teams improve performance, drive innovation, and foster collaboration.
