Lale Cander

For more than 35 years Lale Cander worked as an international lawyer; focusing on foreign investment law, corporate law and regulations. She has taken part and advised in many international projects, most notably she has aided The United States Government in the construction of the new Consulate Buildings project in Istanbul. After 2004, Ms. Cander focused only on international government projects.

Since 2002, Lale Cander has organized many business diplomacy activities and events in various countries. In 2021 Ms. Cander had been awarded with “Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella d’Italia” by the President of Republic of Italy, for her contributions to the Turkey-Italy economic relations.

She is currently both the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Pirelli Turkey and of Prometeon Turkey (a China based Company). Ms. Cander is a member of DE?K, Foreign Economic Relations Board. In 2024 she is elected as the Chairwoman of Foreign Economic Relations Board’s Türkiye – Italy Business Council and she is also a member of The Confederation of Italian Entrepreneurs Worldwide (C.I.I.M.).

Lale Cander assists her clients with matters involving international and Turkish national or local government offices and their agencies and offers consultancy services in Europe, the United States of America and the Middle East.
