Paul J. Foster

Paul J. Foster is the Executive Chairman of the World Technology Group (WTG), a global organization dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration across various sectors, including technology, education, and culture. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives aimed at addressing global challenges through technological advancements and cross-sector partnerships.

In addition to his position at WTG, Foster serves as the President and CEO of the Global Esports Federation (GEF), where he has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s vision and expanding its global presence. Under his leadership, the GEF has focused on promoting esports as a platform for social impact, inclusion, and innovation.

Foster’s extensive experience spans over two decades in the Olympic movement, including roles at the International Olympic Committee (IOC), where he led teams at more than 12 Olympic Games and served as Head of Protocol, Events, and Hospitality. His background also includes leadership positions in major international events such as Expo 2020 Dubai and Expo 2025 Baku, Azerbaijan.

Committed to continuous learning, Foster has pursued graduate and post-graduate studies in Economics, Business, International Affairs, Protocol, and recently in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Known for his collaborative approach, Foster works closely with global leaders, including sovereigns, heads of state, and ministers, to develop visionary strategies that transcend immediate goals and address long-term global needs.
