2. الالتزام بالأنظمة والقوانين

I acknowledge that the Event is conducted in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. I agree to comply fully with all applicable laws and security procedures.

3. طبيعة الحدث

The Event is strictly non-political and non-religious. Participation does not constitute engagement in any political or religious activity.

4. التنازل عن المسؤولية وتحمل المخاطر

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and waive any claims against IASC World Changers and its affiliates for injury, illness, allergic reaction, property loss, or other damages arising from participation.

أتحمل طوعًا جميع المخاطر المرتبطة بالمشاركة، وأتنازل عن أي مطالبات ضد IASC World Changers أو الجهات التابعة لها فيما يتعلق بأي إصابة أو مرض أو حساسية غذائية أو فقدان ممتلكات أو أي أضرار أخرى ناتجة عن المشاركة.
5. التعويض

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless IASC World Changers from any claims arising from my breach of the Terms or violation of applicable law.

أوافق على تعويض وإبراء ذمة IASC World Changers من أي مطالبات أو خسائر تنشأ عن إخلالي بالشروط أو مخالفتي للأنظمة المعمول بها.
6. التصوير والتوثيق الإعلامي

Unauthorized recording is prohibited. I grant permission for official documentation and institutional use of event media materials.

يُحظر التسجيل أو التصوير غير المصرح به. وأمنح الموافقة على التوثيق الرسمي واستخدام المواد الإعلامية الخاصة بالحدث للأغراض المؤسسية.
7. القانون الواجب التطبيق
